Jenna Sativa has her face buried in an article when her friend, April Olsen, shows up at her house. Jenna excitedly tells April about an amazing new health regimen. Jenna explains that the regimen involves strict abstinence, which supposedly leads to many health benefits! Both ladies are interested in trying it, but worry that they won't be able to stick to it. That's when they realize they can take advantage of a loophole if they have sex with just WOMEN instead. Who better to try it out with than a friend, right? Carolina Cortez and Violet Myers, two friends, arrive for a yoga class. Violet is stressed and stiff, which is why Carolina wants her to give yoga a go to loosen up. They are then greeted by Kali Roses, the yoga instructor, who happily invites them inside. Kali begins leading them through a basic yoga session to ease Violet into the experience. Carolina is eager while Violet lags behind, which leads to Kali offering more hands-on help for Violet. Things start getting hot between Kali and Violet and they invite Carolina to join them! Christy Love is correcting homework when Aila Donovan, the school nurse, peeks into her classroom. Aila is doing physicals on all the teachers and now it's her turn! As Nurse Aila works her hands over her body to give a thorough physical, correcting homework is the LAST thing on Christy's mind!
