Laundry room pissed all over

I had actually had to pee for hours, but then I wanted to do the laundry quickly in the basement. Of course, it came as it had to and I just couldn't hold it any longer. Can I really do that now? We have a new neighbour. What if he's suddenly standing behind me? Never mind, I won't make it to the toilet. Pants down - pissed in the laundry room...
