Another horny bastard as a landlord?!!!

Somehow I have really weird guys all the time who rent me things ... the apartments are so YES and when I want something it's just "later honey" .... but when I don't pay the rent anymore - THEN they come running! Because my money is too good for me, I always say I'm broke ... most of the time I get kicked out xD But with many people you can pay in other ways wink - of course I'm always toootally outraged at first but of course my inner Broke Girl puts it exactly on that haha xD So this guy has to "take the fall" again ... but I think he could have imagined worse :D
