Nevertheless, there are certain challenges that we set for our employees here and it's my job to find out how far you're prepared to go. Of course, everything is clear to you so far and you nod dutifully at everything I say. Until I suddenly open up other sides and expect things that you would never have dared to dream of. But is this dream a nightmare from which you can no longer wake up or is it absolute fulfilment?
