The landlord

I'm sitting on the couch, oblivious to what's on TV, when suddenly my landlord enters the apartment. Is he allowed to do that? And is he allowed to have a key? It's my apartment, for which I pay rent... well, that's the problem, because I'm a bit behind. Of course, the pervy guy immediately had an idea how I could get out of this mess... What do I do now?
