Fucked by the landlord!

My annoying landlord just shows up unannounced at a supposedly arranged appointment. I open the door to him in my underwear, because he surprises me in the middle of work. He wants to talk to me about the rising prices and the rent increase. Everything is getting more expensive anyway and he actually has the nerve to say that I can afford the rent increase with what I do for a living. What a pig! So he knows exactly what I do? I'll use that to my advantage and sort it out with him in a different way!
