Protein shake after sport

I was doing a bit of sport to get my body in shape when my flatmate arrived and I showed him how my arse had become even plumper. Not without ulterior motives, of course, because I wanted to make him horny. And above all, you're supposed to have a protein shake after sport. But I didn't have any more. And what could be more obvious... ;-)
